  • Are You Having a Laugh?

    The next comedy night at the Brentham Club will take place on Friday 19th May starting at 8pm.  Master of ceremonies Tiernan Douieb “very funny but fiercely political” will introduce an array of comedy talent including headliner Shappi Khorsandi who has appeared on Mock the Week, QI, Have I Got New For You and many other television and radio shows.  The ticket price is £12 (£10 for members).
  • Run for Meadow House

    Thinking about entering this year’s Ealing half marathon on Sunday 24th September?  If so, why not make your efforts doubly worthwhile by running in aid of Meadow House Hospice?  Meadow House will meet all registration fees and all you have to do is raise a minimum of £70 in support of the hospice.
  • Film and Music

    We’ve not caught up with Pitshanger Pictures for a while, but their programme of films, shown on the big screen in the St Barnabas Millennium Hall, goes from strength to strength.  The programme through the rest of May and into June includes The Act of Killing (E) on Wednesday 17th May, Dreamgirls (12) on Saturday 20th May, Der Rosenkavalier (E) on Sunday 21st May, The Girl with All the Gifts (15) on Monday 22nd May and Eye In The Sky (15) on Monday 12th June.
  • Cleveland Ward Forum

    The Cleveland ward councillors showed no fear in entering the River Brent and getting their hands dirty during three recent river clean-ups in Pitshanger Park organised by the environmental charity Thames21.  Cllr Rodgers happens to be a bio-scientist by training and he has been discussing Cleveland ward funding for marginal river planting with Thames21.
  • PCA Grant Scheme

    One thing your committee always looks forward to  is using the money we raise through our events to support local not-for-profit causes.  Since 2010, the PCA has donated over £50,000 to a wide range of local groups and charities – the picture shows the soft play equipment that we funded for Pitshanger Playcentre last year.
  • Party In The Park

    08th May 2017
    Note it in your diary now: Party In The Park 2017 will take place on Sunday 25th June.  This is the premier event of the summer season, and the PCA events team is already hard at work on the huge amount of planning and admin associated with such a large undertaking.
